What our clients say about us
Commercial Property & Architectural Photography Services Offered
Interior & exterior photography
This involves taking photos of both the interior and exterior of a building or commercial property. This can include wide shots to show the overall layout of the property, as well as detailed shots of specific features or areas. The final images can be used for a variety of purposes, such as marketing materials and websites.
Aerial / drone photography of the business property
This service involves using a drone to capture aerial photos of the building to really show off the architecture. This can provide a unique perspective and allow for the capture of images that would not be possible with ground-based photography. The aerial photos can be used to showcase the development and its surroundings in slick and expensive-looking way.
Video tours of the business
This service involves creating a video tour of the building or commercial property. The video can be a virtual walkthrough of the premises, allowing potential customers and clients to get a feel for the space without having to visit in person. The video can be used on the business website or on social media to showcase it to a wider audience.
This service involves digitally adding furniture and other items to an empty space to create a virtual representation of how the space could look when furnished. This can be useful if the business or venue is still in development, to show the space could be used, without having to actually furnish the space.

What happens on the day of the shoot?
On the day of a shoot, I will arrive at the property at the agreed-upon time. Before I start taking photos, I will take a few minutes to walk around the property and assess the lighting and composition to determine the best angles and shots. I will also work closely with you to understand your vision and discuss any specific shots or angles that you would like me to focus on.
Once we have a plan in place, I will start setting up my equipment. This may include setting up lighting equipment if necessary, as well as adjusting my camera settings to ensure that I am able to capture the best possible images.
Once I am ready to start shooting, I will take a series of photos from various angles and perspectives. This will typically involve a mix of wide shots to show the overall layout of the property, as well as more detailed shots of specific features or areas of the property. If there’s anything specific you’d like me to photograph, you can request it here.
As I shoot, I will review the images on my camera’s screen to ensure that they are in focus and correctly exposed. I may also make small adjustments to my lighting or camera settings as needed to capture the best possible images.
Once I have taken all of the desired photos, I will pack up my equipment and say goodbye. The next step will be to post-process the images, which may involve cropping, color-correction, and other adjustments to ensure that the final images are of the highest possible quality. I will then deliver the final images to you in the agreed-upon format.
