I found the quality of Oliver's work to be extremely good. He has an excellent eye for detail and knows how a room should be presented to show it off best. I found him to be very pleasant to deal with, no faff and turned round the photos quickly. I've just booked him again for another of my properties. Would highly recommend.

I have worked with Oliver closely over the past 12 months and he has become our go-to guy when it comes to photographing our property portfolio. We started out as a new company and had issues with a couple of photographers before coming across Oliver. Since his first job, he has photographed over a dozen of our properties. The images are always of a brilliant quality which we use across our adverts, website and in brochures. Oliver not only delivers with quality photos but always is on time for appointments, is not afraid to be hands on when needed and does not rush. Cannot be recommended enough!

Photography Services Offered

Interior photography

High-quality pictures of your bathroom is the basic service offered – this includes not only lots of standard shots of the room to convey the layout and design, but also more artistic lifestyle-type close-ups that are carefully focused on a few key features such as designer bath taps, toilets, towels or shower heads to make your bathroom look inviting. Bathrooms are often quite tight and therefore awkward spaces full of reflective surfaces, so I will usually use a wide angle lens in the photoshoot to capture the entire bathroom. Lighting is also tricky due to the usual mixture of fluorescent, halogen, tungsten and even daylight, all of which makes colour balancing rather difficult! This means the editing process is quite extensive, and in addition to balancing the colour will usually involve removal of reflections and glare on shiny chrome and glass surfaces, as well as any blemish or dirt removal. The finished photos can be utilised in a variety of contexts, including websites and marketing collateral.

Video walkthroughs

Making a video tour or walkthrough of the area is part of this service. People can obtain a sense of the design without physically visiting by watching a virtual tour of the building and bathroom. For a small space such as a bathroom, sometimes just some nice smooth panning and rotating shots are all that’s necessary.

3D architectural rendering

We can also produce 3D renders of entire rooms, if you are still in the design stage for your bathroom perhaps. These can either be static images, or moving, three-dimensional videos showing a virtual version of the area in detail.

Drone photography

For bathroom shoots this is not usually required, but if this is a part of a larger project, you might be interested in using a drone to take overhead pictures of the building to truly highlight the project. This can offer a distinctive viewpoint and enable the taking of pictures that would not be feasible with ground-based photography. The development and its surroundings can be presented in a clean and expensive-looking fashion using aerial photographs and video.

Virtual home staging

In order to produce a virtual image of how the area would appear when furnished, this supplementary service entails digitally adding fixtures, furniture, and other items to an empty space. Perhaps your bathroom is finished but unfurnished. In this situation, using 3D modelling software to realistically add furniture like tables and chairs, plants, and other items can make your area come to life and look more homely.

So why choose me? I can quickly establish a strong working relationship, experience working closely with interior designers, developers and stylists. I have excellent knowledge of the best professional image editing software, and I have a fast turnaround – delivering professional images back to you within 48 hours.

Paying for professional photography may seem like a relatively big investment, but because you only pay for the service once and get to use the photos forever on your listing, you will see increased bookings and revenue from your property for many years, making photography a thoroughly worthwhile investment.

Your images will be professionally edited using the best editing software to ensure high standards and delivered back to you on time.

Why use a professional bathroom photographer?

Professional Quality

A professional bathroom photographer will be able to capture the details of your project with high-quality images that accurately reflect the design. They will also be able to use the latest photography equipment and techniques to ensure that your photos look their best.

Attention to Detail

A professional photographer will take the time to understand your vision for the project and make sure that the final photos reflect your brand and style. This level of attention to detail and experience is something that an amateur photographer often lacks.

Knowledge of lighting and composition

A professional photographer will know how to use lighting and composition to produce beautiful pictures that best represent your space. We know how to take advantage of how varied situations can influence how an image looks and feels to produce stunning, evocative photographs of your rooms.

Consistent Results

With a professional photographer, you can expect consistent results every time. They have experience in capturing beautiful pictures of bathrooms and other spaces, so you can trust them to deliver exceptional results each time.

Cost Effective

Hiring a professional photographer may seem like an expensive option at first, but it can actually save you money in the long run. Professional photographers are experienced in taking stunning pictures quickly and efficiently, meaning they can get more done in less time than an amateur photographer would be able to do. The images are guaranteed to be of excellent quality, and you are able to keep them and use them for any purpose for as long as you like.

Showcase Your Work

Whether you’re a professional designer, contractor, or homeowner, hiring a professional bathroom photographer can be a great way to showcase your work. Professional photos will help to attract more customers and clients, as well as boosting your reputation and credibility.

What happens on the day of the photoshoot?

On the day, I always make sure to arrive early and ideally in the morning, when the natural light is best for photography. I like to take my time setting up the equipment, ensuring that everything is in place and ready to go. Once all of the technical aspects are taken care of, I can focus on creating beautiful imagery that will showcase your work.

The first step is to talk to the client, assess the space and determine what type of shots will be needed. Depending on the size of the area, I may need wide shots that capture more of the room or close-ups that are carefully focused on a few key features or locations. If there are any special requests, such as virtual staging or video walkthroughs, I also make sure to plan for those ahead of time.

Once I have an idea of what types of shots will be needed, it’s time to start shooting! I typically begin with wide shots that capture more of the bathroom so that viewers can get a sense of the overall design and layout. Then, depending on what my client has requested, I move onto close-up shots focusing on specific details such as unique fixtures or period features.

Finally, if requested, I also create a video tour or walkthrough of the area. This allows viewers to get a sense of the design without physically visiting by watching a virtual tour of the bathroom.

Overall, bathroom photography is a great way to showcase the beauty of a space and highlight the hard work that went into creating it. With careful planning and attention to detail, I can create stunning imagery that will help you stand out from the competition.

Our clients say

I recently started working with Oliver after a long and drawn-out search for a new photographer. I need someone who can not only take great room shots but is also able to provide imaginative, evocative lifestyle photography and understands the requirements of twilight imagery. Oliver has a wide range of skills and can cope with all the usual complexities of interior jobs, and his laid-back yet professional manner has allowed me to develop my own styling and direction so that together we have created some of the best interior images I’ve ever used in over ten years of home sales. He listens well to feedback, suggests improvements on the next shoot and is a joy to work with.
