Photographic Services for Landlords
I’m a landlord photographer based in Manchester with over 10 years of experience. Whether you are an HMO landlord, a student accommodation landlord or you’ve bought an off-plan investment property, good photographs are essential for landlords looking to market their properties as quality images can help attract potential tenants and give them a better idea of what the property looks like. Professional quality photos showcase the features of a property, such as its layout, size, and amenities with much more clarity and can really enhance the way your rental property comes across.
By providing clear and attractive photos, landlords can give themselves more tenants to choose from and thus increase their chances of finding a good tenant. And for the tenants, quality photographs provide a more accurate representation of the space, helping them to make an informed decision about whether or not they would like to rent the property – preventing both parties from wasting their time on viewings.
In addition to photography, we can also provide video walkthrough tours and drone photography & videos for your rental property for that extra wow factor, if you have a high-end apartment in a newly built building perhaps.
Our landlord photography service also includes the removal of unwanted wires, dirt and damage (if the photos are taken prior to redecorating) and making sure that your rooms are well presented and attractive to potential tenants.
YOU get COPYRIGHT to all the images and all images you receive are edited to high professional standard and sent back to you within days. We can work to faster deadlines if needed.
What our clients say about us
Why use a professional photographer for your rental property?
In today’s competitive rental market, landlords need their properties to stand out from the competition – using poorly taken amateur photos on a pho. Professional photography can provide potential tenants with a better understanding of what a property looks like and can be used to showcase its best features. By investing in quality photos, landlords can increase visibility for their properties and attract more interested renters.
High-quality images can also be used on listing sites and social media to draw attention to a property. Professional photos can help potential tenants visualize themselves living in the space, which can be a powerful tool for landlords looking to fill vacancies quickly.
Attract quality tenants
Landlord photography is an important tool for attracting quality tenants to a rental property. Professional photos of the interior and exterior of the property can help to showcase its features and make it stand out from other listings. Quality photographs can also provide potential tenants with an accurate representation of the space, helping them to make an informed decision about whether or not they would like to rent the property.
Save time & money
In addition to increasing visibility, professional photography can also help landlords save time and money. By investing in quality photos upfront, landlords can use them forever, every time they need to market the property and attract new tenants.
Prevent arguments over damage
Having high-definition detailed photographs of the entire property before a tenant moves in means both parties have evidence of any existing damage or wear and tear that was present before the tenant moved in. With this photographic evidence, landlords can ensure that they are not held responsible for any damage caused by tenants, and tenants equally are protected in case a landlord mistakenly believes the damage was not there before they moved in.
Showcase property features
When taking photographs of a rental property, landlords should make sure to capture the most important features of the space. This includes the layout, size, and amenities of the property. By showcasing these features in quality photographs, landlords can give potential tenants a better understanding of what the property looks like and help them make an informed decision about whether or not they would like to rent it. Additionally, professional photos can be used on listing sites and social media to draw attention to a property and help landlords reach a wider audience.

Landlord Photography Services Offered
As a landlord photographer, I offer a variety of services to help landlords showcase their properties in the best light and help attract potential tenants and give them an accurate representation of the property:
The basic service I offer always includes the interior of your rental property, highlighting features and showcasing its layout. My photographs are designed not only make the space look its best, but also to give potential tenants an accurate representation of what the space looks like, helping them make an informed decision about whether or not they would like to rent it.
In addition to interior photos, I also include quality exterior shots of your rental property. My photographs capture the building’s facade as well as any outdoor amenities such as gardens or patios. These images can be used on listing sites and social media to draw attention to a property and help landlords reach a wider audience.
Photos of Surrounding Area
I also include photographs of the surrounding area, which can be used to give potential tenants an idea of what it is like living in the neighborhood. These images can include local attractions, parks, restaurants, shops, and other points of interest that may be relevant for potential renters .
For landlords looking to showcase their properties from a unique perspective, an additional service I offer is aerial drone video. This type of photography can provide potential tenants with an aerial view of the property and its surroundings, giving them a better understanding of what the area looks like.
Another additional service I offer is virtual staging services for landlords who own unfurnished properties but who want to give potential tenants an idea of how they could decorate the space. By using virtual staging, landlords can show potential tenants how they could make the property their own and help them envision themselves living there.
High-definition property videos are a quick and easy way to show your investors your project or to showcase your property to potential tenants.
What happens on the day of the shoot?
On the day of a landlord property photography shoot, I ensure that all necessary equipment is ready and in working order. This includes cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting equipment, and any other accessories needed for the shoot. Once everything is set up and ready to go, I will walk around the property to get an idea of what needs to be photographed and how best to capture it.
I start with exterior shots of the property, making sure to capture all angles of the building as well as any features such as landscaping or outdoor amenities. I also take some close-up shots of any unique features or details that I think could help make the property stand out from other listings.
Next, I move inside the property and begin taking interior shots. This includes capturing each room in its entirety as well as any special features such as built-in storage, white goods and anything you would like me to include. I also take close-up shots of any unique details that could help potential tenants visualize themselves living in the space.
Once all of the photos have been taken, I review them to ensure that they are clear and accurately represent the property. If there are any areas that need to be retouched or adjusted, I make the necessary changes before delivering the final images to you in the format requested.
Landlord Photography Gallery
I’ve been a professional landlord photographer for the past ten years. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience and I am proud of the work that I have done.
As a landlord photographer, my job is to capture the best possible images of rental properties so that landlords make the most of their investments, and that potential tenants can get an accurate idea of what they are looking at.
I enjoy being a landlord photographer because it allows me to help people find their perfect home. Every time I take photos for a property, I know that it could be someone’s future home and that makes me feel good about my work. Additionally, there is something special about capturing beautiful images of homes and seeing them come alive in print or online.
Of course, there are also challenges associated with being a landlord photographer, such as making sure I’m always on time despite traffic and other things beyond my control, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is ready and in working order on the day of the shoot! Overall though, being a landlord photographer has been an incredibly rewarding experience and I am proud of the work that I have done.
